If you would like to have a Mass said for a special intention--someone deceased or living or for a special situation-- there are envelopes on the counter in the Gathering Area. Fill one out and place it in the collection basket. If you want Angie to contact you with the date, indicate that on the envelope and include your phone number. Or you can contact her (phone: 304-755-0791 or email: email@example.com). Some Sundays are still available and most Tuesdays (6:30 p.m.) and Fridays (noon) are open.
Please consider having a Mass Intention for someone you are praying for in need, a loved one who is no longer with us, or someone who is special or celebrating a special occasion. We are in need of Mass Intentions for November and December. Please fill out and place your intention in the envelopes provided on the table at the side entrance to the church.
On behalf of The Rt. Reverend Matthew Lynn Riegel, S.T.M., The Rt. Reverend W. Michie Klusmeyer, Most Reverend Michael J. Bransfield and Bishop Sandra Steiner-Ball you are cordially invited to:
The 5th Annual LARCUM Conference
(Lutheran, Anglican, Roman Catholic, United Methodist)
September 10-12, 2018
Registration begins at 1:00 p.m. on Monday and the conference will end after lunch on Wednesday. The only cost for participants for the entire conference is $105.00 per person for double room occupancy (roommate must be listed), $125.00 for single room occupancy or $25.00 fee for commuter registration.
This year’s conference will focus on the vows of baptism, vows of confirmation, and the vows of ordination within each respective judicatory tradition. The title for this year’s conference is:

As in years past, each judicatory has provided a speaker for this conference. This year, each speaker will present three sessions. There will also be a question/answer session where you will have the opportunity to ask questions of the entire panel. In addition to the dynamic speakers there will be opportunities to pray, socialize, and collaborate with colleagues and individuals from other denominations.
The LARCUM conference will be held at the Saint John XXIII Pastoral Center (100 Hodges Road, Charleston, WV). We look forward to joining you at this 5th Annual LARCUMConference.
For more information or to register please visit the LARCUM web page: http://www.dwc.org/larcum. You may also print a mail-in registration form and schedule from the web page to share and pass along to others.
If you would like to request a Mass Intention, you can fill out a Mass Intention envelope at the church or you can create an envelope with the following information: who the Mass Intention is for and whether the person is living or deceased, the date you are requesting, your name and a telephone number where you can be reached during the day, and the amount you are offering. You may drop your Mass Intention envelope in the collection basket or sent it to the office. If the date you request is unavailable, your intention will be scheduled for the next open date available unless you request otherwise.
In accordance with the guidelines from the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston. Mass stipends are deposited in a separate checking account. If you are writing a check, please make it payable to your respective church. The current suggested level of giving is $20 for a weekend Mass or $10 for a daily Mass. Any offering, however, is most welcome, and if you do not have funds to offer, you are encouraged to still request your Mass Intention.
